Creating an identity for challenger property developer
Challenge
YIT and HGR Property Partners had established a joint-venture, Regenero that focuses on holistic property development.YIT is Finland’s largest construction company and one of the most important players in Northern Europe where as HGR Property Partners is a real estate development and investment company known for its innovative solutions. Regenero is the first Finnish company to offer a holistic property development that unites diverse utilities in unprecedented ways. Regenero wanted to find a way to communicate the novel approach both verbally and visually.
Solution
Together with a design agency Laine & Hallami we created Regenero brand core and visual identity. We defined Regenero’s position, purpose statement, story, key messages and key target groups based on which we created the visual elements and designed the company website.In addition, we partner with Regenero on their various development projects, such as Keilaniemenranta, Raaden hammas and Tietokylä.
