Akavan Erityisalat

Challenge
Akavan Erityisalat is a multidisciplinary trade union representing professionals and managers working in fields such as culture, administration, communications, business, and wellbeing. The union asked for our help in redefining its brand, as working life is undergoing a transformation – and trade unions must evolve with it.
Solution
The verbal brand refinement included defining the brand core, identifying and describing key target groups, creating tailored key messages, an onliness statement, and an elevator pitch. The brand’s new visual identity was created by the creative studio Päivi Helander.
