Case 1: Redefining the Verbal Identity of an Iconic Finnish Brand
Challenge
Lundia, a long-established Finnish design house, asked for our help to clarify and redefine Lundia’s brand. We conducted an extensive round of interviews to understand how existing customers, target audiences, and partners perceive the brand. The furniture business is highly competitive, and to succeed in it, the brand’s core must be truly clear and compelling.
Solution
We created a verbal brand framework for Lundia, which included a core message, target group–specific key messages, a onliness statement, an elevator pitch, a tone of voice, and the key themes the brand communicates.
Case 2: Strategic Communications for a High-Impact Store Opening
Challenge
Furniture retail is undergoing a transformation, with many companies moving entirely online. Lundia boldly swam against the current by opening a larger store in the heart of Helsinki.
Solution
Lundia asked for our help in organizing a media and influencer event for the new store opening including concept design, the invitation process, and PR. The event attracted a large and engaged audience, and Lundia made headlines in Finland’s leading daily newspapers as well as on top lifestyle influencer channels. The launch campaign, timed to coincide with the event, gained strong visibility and proved to be highly profitable.
